Escalative policy
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information Escalative processes and the choices available to users.
Effective July 21, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, role, and password hash.
- Connected account identifiers from Cfx.re and Discord when you authorize those connections.
- Creator profiles, listings, configured integration credentials, and webhook settings.
- Wishlist, following, verified purchase, checkout-intent, and review records.
- Technical logs needed for security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service operation.
2. How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, operate creator profiles and listings, initiate official Tebex checkouts, verify purchases, process webhooks, display analytics, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
3. Creator API credentials
Configured Tebex credentials and webhook secrets are encrypted before database storage and are not returned in plaintext by creator-profile APIs. They are decrypted on the server only when required for an authorized integration operation.
4. Sharing
Information is shared with Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, hosting providers, and other processors only as needed to provide requested functionality, secure the service, or comply with law. We do not sell creator API credentials or use them to make unrelated purchases.
5. Retention
Records are retained while needed for active accounts, purchase verification, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and backups. Retention periods may differ by record type and applicable law.
6. Your choices
You may update profile information and rotate or replace integration credentials from your dashboard. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some purchase and security records may need to be retained.
7. Security and limitations
We use technical and organizational safeguards described on the Security page. No internet service can promise absolute security, so creators should use dedicated credentials, limit permissions where supported, and rotate keys after suspected exposure.
8. Contact and updates
Privacy questions or rights requests may be submitted through the support contact published on the Escalative website. Policy updates will be reflected by the effective date above.
